block a member

If I am suspicious of a member, can I block him ? I was contacted by someone last year, and the story was suspicious. I changed my contact options after that, but I recently received a request that looks a lot like the suspicious one I got last year. Is it possible to block a member so that they cannot see my availability? If not, no worries. Just wondering.
