South and Centre of France, North Spain (Oct-Nov '18)

Hello everyone! I am Matias, 29, Argentinian. I have been cycling in France for 3 months now (but I don't only do biking, I am doing whatever its up there to explore and learn about the places I go) and on the beginning of October I will start near Marseille to do a bit the Euro Velo 8 to Toulouse, then I will head north near Clermont-Ferrand, La Rochelle, Bordeaux and then Galicia (following Camino de Santiago probably). The named cities are only to have a reference point, I care mostly about the natural areas on the way.

Wild camping mostly, then some CS and WS.

Let me if you are around and want to share some parts with me! :)

Ride safe!

Mati

Hola che

Hola Matias! I am starting a tour from Germany to Portugal soon, so maybe in about 8 days I will be in Geneva (currently looking for a bike). Looks like we might coincide! Then the plan is to go across Northern spain and down Portugal. We should keep in touch :) Send me a message! Scott

Ah ok I see it was not normal the huge amount of water falling over during the laar few days. I was in Carcassonne only 3 days ago...it was really raining to much, but I made it fine. Now near auriAuri the rain hit me again but from now on it shouldn't rain anymore..

Thanks for caring!

I will be back in Auvergne and more precisely in Aubazat a small village Haute-Loire from the 27 october for around a week.

I grew up in this village and will stay here for some days.

I can show you around a bit and host you if you go through this area.

Have a nice trip

re:I love Galicia

Hey! I just arrived in Lisbon where I am finishing my 6 months trip. Didn't go to Galicia as I was getting a bit cold...

Managed to do this route:
