Buying bicycle in Portugal in March 18-20th

I want to buy a second hand bike in Lisbon in above dates (18-20-21th March). Not really fancy, just 3x7, or 3x8 gears, frame 17. If you are dropping a bike there about these dates, we can negotiate!
