Need a bed in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv

Firstly, it's a bit of a cheek because I don't have my bike with me! Am in Jerusalem Saturday and Sunday nights then Monday in Tel Aviv, where I might hire a bike and ride by the sea for a few hours.
